Margie has sure helped me with the last two houses I bought and sold. Margie did everything for me when she told me it would be a great time to build in Harrod Park at Deer Creek. She not only had great timing for when to build she helped me pick everything out from the lot to the kitchen sink. I was separated at the time and Margie help me pick everything that went on and in that house form the exterior brick to the paint colors on the walls.
She helped me find a mortgage broker who helped me with my loan and she was with me when we closed, boy what a super real estate agent.
Now comes the good part I was in that house almost two years and Margie
told me about the revised tax law as long as I lived there 24 months if
I wanted to move up I could sell my home and no matter what I made I
would not have to pay taxes. Margie said it would probably be a good
time to move up because Deer Creek has a new pod opening soon and it
would be a great time to upgrade. I started looking at the new lots and
Margie helped me find the best lot in Lillington. Then she referred me
to an agent who represented some investors and I told him what I want
for my house in Harrod Park and that house sold without being put on the
market. I never even put a sign in my yard! I made a
huge profit and did not have to move until my new house was ready. How
is that for service?
